  Very seldom can you actually get a person on the phone to make appointments; they offer NO walk-in capabilities except on weekends and pretty much YELL at you if you have to go to another clinic because they can not get you an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The clinic itself is a mix-up of administrators sending you back and forth from one desk to another - apparently on whim. Most of the desk staff seem unhappy and disinterested and the patient is DEFINITELY NOT the focal point of this facility. The only reason I did not drop to a single star is that our family doctor herself is actually wonderful and amazing....if I were rating her - it would be 5 stars. It is the Family First Health Centre that has received this poor rating.
