- JBJ C Added 2018-11-06★ ★ ★ ★ ★Everyone I've dealt with here has been more than professional. Dr. Tang, is courteous and a caring doctor. I've been here a few times and yes it does get busy, but today I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Luck I guess.

- Alicia Beazley Added 2018-08-23★ ★ ★ ★ ★This was my first time visiting an Appletree as I am new to the province. I arrived around 12:45 on a Friday and I was seen and done by 1:20. Both reception and Dr Baranick were very nice and polite and didn't seem rushed or annoyed like other doctors I've seen in the past. It was pretty much what I expected of a walk in clinic.

The waiting room is dirty and quite small considering the high volume of people wanting to see a primary care physician. They post wait times online / via the app but in reality you're always going to wait longer than the estimated times. Keep in mind that some doctors will not complete forms or issue sick notes but they will have it posted on the website

Showed up to get a simple tetanus shot 25 minutes before they close, no one in the waiting room and the (I use the term VERY loosely) "receptionist" just kept repeating "Registration closed an hour ago. " despite the fact that the call centre told me it wasn't a problem to show up at that time.
- Samantha O Added 2017-07-21★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆If they're doing the "telemedicine conferencing" thing, just leave and come back when a doctor is actually there. I've tried it twice and both times the doctor was either wrong or unhelpful. This clinic is fine if you meet with a doctor, but the video calling is pretty useless.
