  Very poor service! My husband purchased expensive pair of Rayban glasses 8 months ago. The eye piece broke off so he went to get them repaired. Was told by Manager that he needed to purchase a new set of frames at $180 as they were not repairable. She said she would check to see if they would be covered under workmanship or defect warranty and would call with an update thefollowing day. Two weeks later still havent heard back from them.
  Went this morning to a local optomotrist who ordered the exact frames for $177 (all inclusive) and said they would come with a 2 year warranty.
  Will never deal with Lens Crafters again!
  -don't call back with info when they say they will
  -don't back up the products they sell. Make you purchase warranties that are included at other optomotrists
  -overcharge. Wanted to charge $180 for same product we got all-inclusive for $177

  Short staffed, but the 2 associates working managed very well. They always have some special, and so the prices are somewhat negotiable. Bright and spacious location. It is super handy that there is an eye doctor and specialist's office right inside this large location. State of the art computerized facility with an on-site lab.
