From day #1 when I entered, I was made to feel welcomed as a person, not as a client, meaning, I wasn't made to feel like it was all about the money!! Their immediate concern and compassion was geared towards me as an individual and focused on getting my Body, Mind and Soul back on track!!!
Even though I continue to suffer from my injuries almost one year later, when I arrive for my appointments, I'm still treated as if I had just walked in for the 1st time, with the exception of knowing me by name. They never make you feel like a bother. These people are so professional and educated, they definitely picked the right career path as their approach each and every time is uplifting, positive, and genuine. I truly don't know where I'd be today if I hadn't been referred to them by my adjuster.
