  I go for a mammogram regularly and it is not pleasant. Today I met Inger at Merivale Medical Imaging. She is great. I did not feel that I had a mammogram at all. I was surprised I thought it is ok to have discomfort during a mammogram. Thank you for your good work Inger. Eugena (Jeanna).

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Your service is beyond horrendous. I came in for an ECO and was treated like I murdered the front staff’s entire family. The staff is rude, miserable, and bitter. Their wait times are unacceptable especially for being a clinic that mainly works with appointments. There is no excuse for this, but they try very hard to make one to justify their ridiculous wait times. Upon getting my ECO, the tech was absolutely fowl and refused to even look at me in the eye. The staff need a serious refresher in common courtesy and respect. Also the paid parking is asinine! Overall this clinic is horrendous and needs massive improvement in customer service and management. No excuses. Absolutely avoid this clinic.

  Great experience. Starts as soon as you walk in. The staff are so nice, they take the stress out of it all.

  My experience here was fine. Fast, courteous, and efficient service. Answered all my questions. The screening was done without any issues.
  Parking is $4, which I don't really understand since parking everywhere else in the area is free. I think it might have to do with helping to fund improvements to the centre. Either way, all went well. Would recommend to others.

  I had an abdominal ultrasound today it took 12 days to get an appointment but the staff was excellent from the reception desk to the lovely tech that did my test I believe her name was Nadia. They were on time, polite and professional!
