  This place is... interesting. Cost-wise, it's fair. Students will love it for the proximity to Calderon university, and its close enough to downtown to have fun. We never had (or currently have) any big issues; our biggest issue is dust from the vents. We clean them and clean them, still dust. The carpets weren't shampooed when we moved in, so we constantly have to clean them. they're pet friendly, which is cool. But once you move out, they'll tackle on fees for having a pet. It's stupid. Take photos when you move in, so they don't start inventing issues. Honestly, this place was a huge regret. It constantly feels dirty and old, no matter how much we clean. Issues with our toilet and shower were constant, still ongoing.
