  I am only rating a 2 because youre making coffee so its not horrible.. the service is absolutely appalling. They dont care about the guest. 10/10 would not recommend!

  It's a nice and big Starbucks. Very professional staff. The staff at the cash was very patient and courteous. The one making the order was very meticulous and caring. She even gave us a nice smile at good bye. The place looked tidy and clean too. When I am in the neighborhood again, I'll definitely stop by.

  FIrst time visit .. as soon as I walked thru the door, I noticed the floors were dirty with cups/napkins, tables/chairs scattered, & not cleaned off. Our sandwiches were microwaved too hot. The washroom was dirty too. Coffee was very good.

  I've been inside a handful of times now and, while the drinks are usually made well, I find the cups are never full (my last venti refresher had over an inch of empty space left). The staff don't really engage with the customers, giving the place a somber atmosphere. I would like to see more signs in-store listing menu items for those of us who rarely go and don't know the drinks off by heart. Sadly, this is the only Starbucks I am ever close too so it's unpleasant Starbucks or no Starbucks.

  They always have more than enough Staffs and looks busy too, but always only 1 or 2 are really work as they should and you will never know what others busy for
