  Beautiful furniture but the worst customer service. I visited this location after phoning and being told that the chairs I was looking for were available in stock for purchase at the store. The chairs were put on hold for me and when I went to the store to pick them up, I was informed they were floor models. The chairs that I would be purchasing were on display and had several scratches and marks. The salesperson (who said he usually works at another location) admitted he didn't know the policies and couldn't offer any kind of discount for the damages. I was told over the phone there were 5 in stock, boxed and ready for purchase, and when I asked about this, the salesperson informed me those chairs were also damaged. He couldn't answer most of my questions and seemed to be making stuff up as he went. The other salesperson noticed this and encouraged me to come back when the manager was in. Terrible experience.

  Beautiful looking furniture. Went to the store to buy a bed frame. Ended up buying a bed frame, two computer tables, and 4 stools for our kitchen island. They are extremely sturdy and that's coming from a pretty big male. Shipping is ~80$ but you can have as many items on it without changing the price. I never asked for help because me and the fiance knew what we we're looking for but was asked by the workers if we needed anything. I really think their furniture is high quality and will probably end up buying more items in the future.

  Recently made a purchase for my store at this location. The piece is absolutely stunning as well as very decently priced for such terrific quality. The manager, Charlotte went above and beyond to help us, something you no longer see regularly in the retail industry. She was patient, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I will definitely be shopping at Structube Lansdown again.

  Beautiful furniture, HORRIBLE customer service, both at the store and with corporate. They delivered the table I bought broken and I had to jump through I don’t know how many hoops to have it picked up and be reembursed. The staff at the Landsdowne store is also incredibly rude. The manager, Charlotte, had a complete IDGAF attitude about the whole thing, and it was frustrating to say the least. It’s too bad because this could be such a great store, but it’s run in a very disorganized fashion. I recommend going to a different location, if possible.

  I was pleasantly surprised by the prices here; wandering through Lansdowne Park I was expecting higher price points in this spacious, modern store. The staff person I spoke with was extremely helpful, especially in advising me how to get my chair home. The recliner I bought works well, is very comfortable and seems pretty sturdy. I am very happy with my purchase.
