  Great selection on eye glasses. Dr. De Souza was very friendly and the customer service experience was great. I selected two pairs of Oakleys. The frames was made quickly to my satisfaction.
  I will reuse them next time I need a pair of eye glasses.

  My partner and I went here last week for the first time. I had an appointment booked and he didn't, they were able to squeeze him in for an appointment the same day, very accommodating! We had our eye examinations, picked out frames, and received contacts as well. I was super impressed with the excellent customer service by all staff we were helped by. It only took 3 business days for our glasses to be ready. We will definitely be return clients!

  Terrible customer service. I got 3 glasses and it took the girl forever to finish the transaction and I asked her 3 times if I am good to go they said yes and later they called me saying I owe them money and when I went back to pay the girl was really rude she told me excuses that were completely false. I was treated differently than customers whom were white at the store. Pretty sad. My business was not valued at that location in orleans and I wouldn’t want to shop there again for sure. I might consider Merivale store next time... the respond for my review says They called me several times which is not true I never got a call accept when they wanted me to pay. As well, I believe the person whom wrote the response is the owner! It’s funny how they bring privacy into play when their own mistakes arise.

  I wish I would have come here a long time ago. Excellent service. Family operated, and it's so obvious...in a great way. Wonderful selection of frames. #localguide
